We start with a phone consultation and schedule a property visit. Owners can meet us in person or provide access via FaceTime. We share our expertise while evaluating your home’s layout, condition, and guest flow, offering clear recommendations to maximize bookings and protect your property.

We know Michigan City, La Porte, Trail Creek, and surrounding areas. Using local market knowledge and software, we provide rental comps, suggested rates, and projected income. We also recommend repairs, furnishings, and upgrades to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

If we’re a good fit, we finalize a management agreement tailored to your needs (seasonal, summer-only, or year-round). You’ll know exactly what we do, how we operate, and what systems we use to keep your property running smoothly.

We create optimized listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms. Professional photography, strategic copy, pricing, and house rules are all designed to attract more views and bookings. We also add you to our direct-booking website to grow your property’s revenue for qualified guests.

Running a short-term rental is a business. We work with owners to inventory linens, towels, and guest supplies, then perform a deep clean and stage the home so it looks perfect and exceeds guest expectations from day one.
